San Jose Zine: Past, Present and Future A project conceived and sponsored by the Re:Fresh team from Public Allies Silicon Valley, the San Jose Zine is to be a collection of various artistic pieces focused on your experiences and reflections on San Jose. AADP is a community non-profit organization dedicated to helping save the lives of patients with Leukemia, Lymphoma and other blood diseases that are curable by an adult stem cell transplant. AADP outreaches to the Asian American, Pacific Islander and Multi-Racial communities to raise awareness about the critical need for more API donors in the national registry. As of today, only 30-40% of all Asian leukemia patients will find a donor match for their transplant, simply because there are so few Asians registered as potential donors.
